​Pat T. Nixon, RN-BSN, CALM-CDP is the visionary, founder and Executive Director of the Windsor House and We Are One Heart Foundation, Inc a 501(c)3 nonprofit organization serving seniors and veterans throughout Denton and Collin counties. She is the proud mother of two amazing teenagers and a profound servant leader.

I’ve always liked the idea of taking care of others. Working with the elderly at Windsor House has been an unexpected blessing! They are the family I’ve always wanted! It gives me comfort to know that I am a familiar face that they trust! It gives me joy and makes me feel loved every time they smile at me!
Lead Caregiver
Amerra Nixon
Amerra Nixon is our Lead Caregiver, specializing in providing thoughtful and compassionate care to our residents. She has been a volunteer for We Are One Heart Foundation, Inc. for over 4 years, donating her spare time to helping senior citizens where needed. As Lead Caregiver, her focus is ensuring continuity of care for our residents.
